What was that children's program in SPB where there was a character named "Toto"?

and what were the other characters names?|||The program was called "Большой Фестиваль" ("Big Festival").


The names of the characters were Тото, Хохо, Веснушка (Toto, Hoho, Vesnushka).


They stopped airing this program in 2001.
