What does "te quiero mamar el toto" mean?

I'm dating a Dominican guy and he said that to me. He said it via text message. I know what te quiero means. Thats easy. But "mamar el toto"? I'm wondering what he has in store for me????|||I want to eat you taco! But, not said in a much cruder way.
