Your question is way to vague, in order to get an answer someone must fully understand what you are asking.
You are lucky in the fact I know what you are talking about in this occasion, but you should include as many details as possible in a question so that anyone can understand it.
Presuming this is for the LG Viewty:
After you renamed LGAPP to TOTO there may have been a ghost folder named 'LGAPP' which has been formed, this would cause the TOTO folder to get an access denied error (or something similar) when trying to rename it back to LGAPP.
Try deleting the newly formed LGAPP folder then renaming TOTO back to LGAPP.
If that doesn't work then sorry, but I had no details to go on here.
