found the recipe but none tell you which flour|||The first lady has a point but self raising flour has the baking powder, soda and salt all ready in it, I worked in Jamaica and there they use both, it is up to the cook, both will work.|||self raising flour is best as already has everything in but plain flour is just as good and wont alter the final taste i make this myself and always use self raising hope that helps|||Plain flour since the recipe calls for baking soda.
