My 4 year old is going to be Dorothy so I thought it would be cute to have my 1 year old be Toto, but I can't find a Toto costume anywhere, and I'm not very crafty so I don't know if I could make one! I have found a lion costume she could wear, so Dorothy and Cowardly Lion, but I really wanted Toto...any ideas? Thanks!|||Hmmmmmm....
I have never seen a costume like that....I would recommend looking for other dog costumes that you could easily modify to look like toto. I would search on ebay for costumes..
